Some 15 Cancer52 members attended the Cancer Strategy workshop. The attendees spent two hours providing feedback in three areas:
Commitments, particularly around early diagnosis and treatment pathways
Barriers including postcode lottery, drugs and trials process and money!
Examples of Good Practice were shared with clinical nurse specialists highlighted, as well as a PAWS-GIST clinic, tissue banks and genetic testing.
